History and Process

Since 1983 we have worked with furniture and interior design. Our former wood manufacture was one of the first producing kitchens in solid soap-treated light wood including tables, chairs, etc.

In 2002 we moved our wood manufacture to the small island of Drejø in the South Funen archipelago. The unique nature we here are surrounded by inspires us and is reflected in our products.

We aim for a beautiful yet simple design based on the function and purpose of the furniture.

All workflows start with drawings and material samples, so you know what to expect. There are no standard measurements, we work according to our customers’ needs.

Library ladders are our most popular product. They’re available in oak or other woods, patinated in the desired colour. With 5 steps, the ladder is 105 cm high. Available from 5 to 9 steps, with 21cm between each. The forwarding surcharge is determined upon request.

  • 5 steps:       6.845 DKK 
  • 6 steps:       8.165 DKK
  • 7 steps:       9.795 DKK + forwarding surcharge
  • 8 steps:     12.325 DKK + forwarding surcharge
  • 9 steps:     14.657 DKK + forwarding surcharge

Soap treatment or white oil treatment additionally cost 1.200 DKK. Ladders in smoked oak cost 20% more and in walnut 25% more.

Loft ladder

Loft ladder in light oak or ash wood, with stainless steel fittings. It can be hung vertically on the wall or tilted, and we are happy to help with installation. Price varies by size. The delivery rate is determined upon request.

11 steps (260 cm) without fittings: 9.870 DKK

Soap treatment or white oil treatment additionally cost 1.350 DKK.

Stepladder with 3 steps

Stepladder with stainless steel fittings in cherry or oak wood. 44 cm in width and 60 cm in height to the upper step, the handles have a length of 142 cm. The ladder has a height of 136 cm when standing folded out. Packaging and delivery cost is determined upon request.

Dining tables are available in cherry or light oak. Other woods or undersides or tables in other dimensions are possible as desired. Contact us to get a price estimate, which depends on wood variety and size. The price of an oak table as shown in the pictures with length 245 cm is 16.900 DKK excluding delivery rate.

Knob rack and Breadboards

Knob racks are made according to measurements in cherry or oak. Breadboards are available in cherry wood and in different shapes and sizes.

In addition to orders concerning our furniture assortment, we are happy to carry out special carpentry tasks. We also offer professional advice on interior design, preferably in your spaces or alternatively with us on Drejø. You are welcome to contact us and visit us in the workshop or rent one of our holiday apartments and experience one of Denmark’s most beautiful small islands.
